Pancake Day!

Yesterday was that one day of the year where it’s acceptable to eat savoury and sweet pancakes in one meal!

I was lucky enough to be cooked pancakes with smoked salmon, ricotta and spinach cooked in a cheese sauce.

And to follow… pancakes with Nutella and pancakes with lemon curd.
