Smoked Salmon with Crème Fraîche and Parsley

A deliciously simple meal, perfect for mid-week cooking! I can’t really call this a recipe as you you have to do is throw the ingredients together.

You will need:
– Gnocchi
– Smoked salmon
– Two cloves of garlic
– Two dollops of crème fraîche
– A scattering of fresh parsley leaves
– A teaspoon of olive oil
– A generous helping of black pepper

Heat up the olive oil and toss in the finely chopped garlic until soft.

Turn down the heat and add in the chopped smoked salmon and crème fraîche.

Meanwhile boil the gnocchi and drain.

Throw the gnocchi and sauce together and heat for a further two minutes on a low temperature.

Don’t forget to add lots of pepper and finally, serve and garnish with parsley.
