For my first Sunday in Santiago, I went for a walk in my favourite place called Barrio Italia! This colourful and vibrant street hosts diverse art galleries, antiques and coffee shops!
As it is automn here, I was lucky enough that the sun was shining! I even treated myself with an artisanal ice cream and crazy savours: apple and basil & lemon and Ginger! Very refreshing!
I find the galleries very cool, you can find them in big ancient houses that have been renovated and reconverted into galleries! They have old ceramic floors and wooden walls!
There is not only art in those galleries, there are many arty shops of delicatessen food, vintage or not vintage clothes and furnitures! This street is well known for its antiques shops and flea market!
